A fire broke out early Monday afternoon and was contained by 4:30 pm that evening at an under-construction home in Rollingwood, Texas. The Austin fire department was the first on the scene around 2 o'clock that afternoon. Chief David Wilson said a few minutes later the fire was " through the roof " and the house was engulfed in flames. More than 100 customers were affected by the power outage it caused throughout the neighborhood. After about an hour and a half or so the power did finally come back on around 5:45.
